Position Overview
The Lounge Manager oversees operations in Fei’s Lounge, the signature living area of the hotel, named after Fei, the maternal figure of Lai Yin. Fei's Lounge embodies the grace, style, and warmth of Fei, offering a space where locals and guests gather to relax, connect, and experience the spirit of hospitality as if in Fei's own living room. The Lounge Manager ensures that the lounge delivers exceptional service and maintains its inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring seamless service for all guests.
- Coordinate with the Kowloon Bar to provide timely and high-quality beverage service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to uphold service excellence.
- Engage with guests, addressing inquiries and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Monitor lounge cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Plan and execute small events or gatherings within the lounge.
- Handle inventory and administrative responsibilities, including reporting and budgeting.
